Reepham Antiques prides itself on being a reputable and professional antique dealership. We want to make your buying experience as simple as possible and to ensure that you receive the best service possible.

BUYING

You can buy from us

  • By contacting us via this website or via our social media platform.

  • In person from the showroom. Visit us in the stated opening times on the contact page or give us a call to make an appointment outside of these hours.

  • By email/telephone. We do our best to reply within 24 hours but hopefully much sooner!

PAYMENT

We accept cash, personal cheques, bank transfers and most credit/debit cards. We can provide quotes for shipping and insurance if required. Purchases will be shipped once payment and if applicable, shipping arrangements and documentation, are completed.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING & INSURANCE

We use reputable and experienced shipping companies for the transportation of goods worldwide. We can make all arrangements and will also arrange any necessary certification or documentation required for the export of goods. We can also arrange insurance for your purchase during its transportation from us to your chosen destination.

24 MONTH PART EXCHANGE OFFER

Circumstances can change so we are aware that not every time will your purchase suit requirements long term. Therefore if you buy an item from us with a purchase price in excess of value £2000 GBP, a part exchange offer may be possible, covering a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. If you do wish to return an item, we will allow you to exchange it with another item of the same, or greater, value.

For any item returned the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to our showroom. Also, we have to be satisfied that the item being returned is in the same condition as when we sold it; otherwise necessary restoration costs will be deducted from the exchange valuation.
