A pair of Regency period bergère armchairs, designed as library chairs with solid mahogany frames. Each features a shaped crest rail, scroll arms, and removable seat. Raised on reeded front legs and splayed rear legs, both terminating in the original brass casters. Presently upholstered to hessian.
