The piece highlights the clean lines and geometry that depict Biedermeier. The mirror showcasing the dramatic flame mahogany veneer. The original deep bevelled mirror plate is flanked by architectural columns with additional ebonised detailing to the finials and centralised flower on the classic tiered pediment top.

Provenance: The mirror was gifted in Norway as a wedding present in 1888 and later re-silvered in 1972.
