How To Buy
You can buy from us
By contacting us via this website or our social media platform.
In person from the showroom. You can visit us in the stated opening times on the contact page or alternatively by appointment outside of these hours.
By email/telephone. We will in most instances reply within twenty-four hours but hopefully much sooner!
We accept cash, personal cheques, bank transfers and most credit/debit cards. We can provide quotes for shipping and insurance if required. Purchases will be shipped once payment and if applicable, shipping arrangements and documentation are completed.
Worldwide Shipping and Insurance
We use the most reputable and experienced shipping companies to transport goods worldwide. We can make all the arrangements and will arrange any necessary certification or documentation required to export goods. We can also arrange insurance for your purchase during its transportation from us to your chosen destination.
24 Month Part Exchange Offer
It’s not every time that your purchase suits your requirements. Therefore if you purchase an item from us in excess of value £2000 GBP we offer a part exchange offer covering a period of 24 months from the date of receipt. If you do wish to return the item, we will allow you to exchange this against another item of the same, or greater value.
If you decide to return an item you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping back to our showroom. Also, the item has to be returned in the condition in which it was received, otherwise we will deduct necessary restoration costs from your exchange valuation.
