This decorative composition pedestal or jardinere stand from the 20th century features a harlequin diamond motif enhanced by a simulated aged finish. The base is intricately designed with carved scrolling foliage, while the top of the column is embellished with a decorative capital that incorporates a complementary pattern of acanthus leaves and scrollwork.
